直訳すると「人生が私に腕を回した」、もうちょっと意訳すると「人生が私を抱きしめた」という感じですね。人生を擬人化して、それが自分を包み込んでくれるイメージです。
またLifeには人生のほか、「命」そのものであったり、その命を取り巻く環境、あるいはそれが生きる世界そのものといった意味があります。なのでこの詩は色々な意味に解釈できるのですが、この詩の作者に何か人生における幸運な出来事が起きたり、運命的な出会いがあったり、あるいは困難な状況を脱したりといった良いことが起きたのかもしれません。
あるいは何か大きな運命のようなものに巻き込まれて、流れに身を任せている状況を表しているのかもしれません。もちろん、抱きしめられるという感覚は信頼関係の現れでもありますので、それは悪いことではなく、「良い運命」であるというニュアンスを感じられます。
