『Let Me Be Me』
Whyte ?te & TENDRE

You are older than me.

Lovely, but a little grumpy.

You care about people around you.

But often forget to eat.

Sometimes we fight.

You always think that you are right.

You get a little passive aggressive.

If I don't take your advice.

You said I'm way too young and too reckless.

You said I would soon regret the decision.

You said why I'm so stubborn, why I never listen.

I don't agree with you, but I respect your point of view.

I don't wanna argue over the same issue.

Because I love you.

If I let you be you.

Would you let me be me.

Hello Saori, I noticed you removed me from followers and unfollowed me. I don’t know if I did anything wrong or I offended you but I will respect your decision and won’t contact you unless you are comfortable and will message me first. Thank you for the friendship even if it means you want it to end here. I am really grateful to you. Please send my regards to your family 😊

I once trusted silence too much.
Believed in the innocent whisper of my own body,
a gamble placed on a quiet afternoon,
a soft chair,
and misplaced confidence.
It began as a thought:
This will be nothing.
A harmless breeze,
a ghost of a fart,
a joke only my intestines would know.
But life,
that cruel comedian,
had already written the punchline.
What escaped was not air alone,
but betrayal.
A warmth that carried meaning.
A truth that could not be taken back.
In that instant,
time folded in on itself.
Pride collapsed.
Humanity revealed its fragile seams.
I stood there—
a philosopher without answers,
a hero without pants,
understanding at last
that control is an illusion.
Kings have fallen for less.
Empires for more.
But me?
I fell to a silent fart
and a small, tragic leak of destiny.
And yet—
there is poetry in humiliation.
Wisdom in the stain we never planned for.
Because everyone walks this earth
one bad decision away
from learning humility the hard way.
So laugh if you must.
I do now.
For I have stared into the abyss,
and the abyss smelled suspiciously familiar.

After completing a long tour, they entered the studio to begin recording, targeting a June 1993 release.
However, Atlantic demanded a "second TO BE WITH YOU," leading them to create numerous ballad demos that were ultimately rejected. They made dozens of demos, but the decision was finally made to add Cat Stevens' "WILD WORLD" as a cover track. The release was delayed three months from the original schedule, finally coming out in September 1993.
Compared to their previous work, it lacks variety, but it's an album where you can feel their underlying respect and reverence for the blues. The experience gained on tour and the band's growth as a unit are clearly evident in the result. North America was already engulfed by the grunge wave, so chart action was lackluster, but their popularity in Japan became firmly established.

Recommend:COLORADO BULLDOG, PRICE YOU GOTTA PAY, PROMISE HER THE MOON, WHAT'S IT GONNA BE, WILD WORLD, MR.GONE, THE WHOLE WORLD'S GONNA KNOW, NOTHING BUT LOVE, TEMPERAMENTAL

例: paper, happy, present(贈り物)
例: decide, relax, present(贈呈する)

-tion / -sion: station, decision
-ic: fantastic, ecenomic
-ity: ability, curiosity

-ate: educate, celebrate
-y (-phy, -gy, -ty): biology, photography

例: about, become, explain

例: notebook, bedroom, bus stop

Cambridge Dictionary:
Oxford Learner's Dictionaries:

Most people think love is just a feeling. They're wrong.
Love is actually a daily decision. It's choosing to stay when things get messy. It's being a team even when you're both tired. Feelings might change, but a promise doesn't have to. That is how you make it last forever.
