再度、海外進出を狙うシングル第1弾
一時撤退し世界を狙う上で言語の壁が色濃くあったこの時代、高崎晃(Gt)の評価は世界的に高く、バンドとしてもアーティストからの評価は高かったものの、セールスに結びつかずビジネス的な総合評価は英語力がLOUDNESSの足枷となり課題となる、プロとしての選択を迫られた事がVoの交代劇となる。
課題をクリアし上々な滑り出しと思われたが、ライブパフォーマンスが安定しない
これは先代も同様ではあったが、
むしろネイティブスピーカーである事からオーディエンスはシビアにバンドの個性を見定めようとする。アメリカと言う超保守的な巨大マーケットへ爪跡を残す事の困難さを改めて知る事となり
僅か2年で2度目の撤退となる。
個人的には、名曲こそ少ないですが第2期LOUDNESSはかなり好きです。
