Vueはreactive関数を発火させ、その値が変更した場合、値の差分でrerender処理を行うのか行わないのかを決めてさらにPropsでも差分を比較してそのDOMを入れ替えるかどうかを判定している気がしている。
まだコード全体を読みきれていなくて確信はついていないが、ReactはuseStateを使った際に、そのコンポーネント全体が再レンダーされているように見える。
そうなると、Reactに関してはコンポーネント設計をちゃんとしないとパフォーマンスに影響がいつしか出てくることになる。
特に非同期UIであるとかでない場合、個人的にはVueの方が良いのではないかと思う。さらにAIを使うとしても簡単そうなのはVueに感じる。
だが、Reactに関してはスケジューリングというUXが良くなるための工夫もなされている(っぽい)。Async Reactなどなどの機能もあるので仕様によってはReactが適しているという場面もあるであろう。
当たり前の話だが技術選定は本当に慎重にやらないと良いものは作れなさそうね。
