Yesterday, a devastating 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck our country, Myanmar, leaving immense destruction and loss of lives. Entire communities have been reduced to rubble, and many heritage sites have been damaged or destroyed. While people are still pulling loved ones from the debris, the criminal military junta continues its campaign of terror.
Even on the day of the earthquake, the junta launched airstrikes. While junta media broadcasts the military’s performative visits to quake-hit areas and their pleas for international aid, the bombs kept falling. Civilians, already devastated by the disaster, are forced to endure further violence.

This album was released one year after the last album, and was the first album without Richie Sambora in the band's history.
Phil X, who had been with the band since the middle of the WHAT ABOUT NOW tour, became an official member of the band, replacing RICHIE after his departure. Hugh McDonald, who had also been a member of the band since the These Days tour, also became an official member.
I was quite skeptical about this "BONJOVI without RICHIE" album, but the sound was typical of recent BONJOVI releases. However, the lack of impressive lead guitar playing made me feel the magnitude of RICHIE's absence.
