昨日の夜中から強い風が吹いていた。日中になっても時々吹き荒れるので寒かった。玄関前にも落ち葉が溜まっていた。今日はむしろ室内の方が底冷えせず過ごしやすかった。朝の最低気温2℃。日中も最高気温5℃と気温は上がらなかった。紫外線17時台まで「弱い」、乾燥状態は15時台と18時台が「超カラカラ」、他の時間帯は「カラカラ」、花粉「少ない」、風雪・雷・波浪・乾燥注意報→強風・波浪・乾燥注意報発令。
朝食は、チーズ入りフレンチトースト、バナナとキウイの自家製ヨーグルトにオリゴ糖、インスタントのホットコーヒー。
新しいテレビではYouTubeも観られるのでラグビーリーグワンのダイジェスト動画を朝から観ていた。結構競り合う試合が多く面白かった。今後の展開が楽しみである。今まではパソコンで観ていたが、さすがにテレビサイズだと迫力が増す。
ヨメさんは10時ぐらいからヨメ実家に行ったのでライナーノーツの原稿を進めた。ひと通り書けたので後は微妙な修正をかけていこう。フィニッシュは近い。
お昼は焼き芋、バナナ、ミルクドーナツ。
都道府県対抗女子駅伝。大阪と兵庫が終盤争い、最終的に大阪が振り切った。熊本は13位。アンカーの天満屋・西村美月選手が踏ん張って順位を上げた（21位でタスキをもらった）。
夕食は、御飯にのりたまふりかけ、天ぷら（さつま芋、ゴボウ、インゲン）、豚汁。食後に芋饅頭半分、ミルクドーナツ半分。
大相撲初場所始まる。熊本出身力士の勝敗を記録していこう。【十両】佐田の海、藤青雲とも白星。【幕内】正代白星。義ノ富士は大関琴櫻戦。上手く送り出されて黒星。明日は安青錦戦だ。
