New Year's Resolutions: Reflect, Heal, Expand
「新年の抱負。振り返る、癒す、広げる。」
My word for this year: intentionality.
「私の今年のテーマは『意図を持って生きること』」
My new resolutions are my handlers.
「新年の抱負が、私をうまく操っている。」
新年ということもあって、今年の抱負的な投稿が3つありましたので、合わせて取り上げてみました。
一つ目は「反省する・癒す・挑戦する」という感じでしょうか。何事も（上手く行っても行かなくても）振り返って「もっと上手くできるようになるにはどうすれば良かったか」を考えるのは大事ですね。またそうは言っても自分を責めすぎるのも良くないので癒しも重要です。また新しいことに挑戦するのも大事ですね。
二つ目ですが、自分もわりと流されるタイプなので、自分の意思で行動するように心がけてみるのもいいかもしれません（が、そうは言っても性格なので、なかなか難しいですね）。
三つ目ですが、こういう「新年の抱負」を立てることで自分を変えるように意識する（自己暗示にかける）のも、時には有効かもしれませんね。紙に書いて壁に貼っておくのもいいかもしれません。休みもあと一日ですので、自分も一年の抱負を何か考えてみようかなと思います。

私はコロナ禍でファンになったので、今回が初めての声出しOKライブ。
ほんとにすごく盛り上がって、最高に楽しくって。
ライブ直後にT’s Licence更新してくださった高見沢さんも、最高って言ってくださって嬉しかったー。
席も昨日よりさらに前で、３回の参加で初めて銀テープ取れました。
テープ取れなかったという小学生と思しき男の子にもお福分け[笑う]
