Scrolling endlessly, searching for something real.
「終わりなくスクロールしながら、本物の何かを探している」
以前にも書きましたが、「six words」のサイトの投稿にはバックストーリー（何を見て、何を思ってその詩を書いたか）も合わせて投稿できるのですが、次のような文が添えられていました。
Days slipped away in an endless stream of posts and notifications. It felt like connection, but something was missing — authenticity, presence, meaning. The more I scrolled, the further I drifted from real life.
「投稿や通知の果てしない流れの中で、滑るように日々は過ぎ去っていった。それはつながりのようにも感じたけれど、何かが欠けていた――本物らしさも、今ここにいる感覚も、意味も。スクロールすればするほど、現実の生活からどんどん離れていくようだった。」
これはもう解釈の余地もなさそうなので、解説は不用ですね。デジタル・デトックスなんて言葉もありますが、SNSやショート動画には中毒性がありますので、この詩のような状態に陥ったのなら、たまにはスマートフォンから離れてみるのも良いかもしれません。
