最近課が変わり、課長も降ろしてもらったきんたです

会社の予定表共有サイトに（みんなが見れるやつ）鍵付きで飲み会の予定を入れるのは全然いんすけど
その飲み会の題名が
「Aの葬式」になっているとA君から相談じゃないけど報告されましたがどう思いますか？
先輩社員がそのような題名にしたのですが
不謹慎じゃないですか？

特にA君もニコニコしていて
気にしていたら負けだからと...
A君とは部内で一番仲いいやつです

僕は課長です。部長が他の課長陣と僕に対する態度が違います。他の課長やその他の社員にはニコニコしているのに僕にだけ当たりがキツイです。
課長会議でみんなの前で僕を貶したり、話す時の返事は「で？」「だから？」など
そして嫌味のようなメールが飛んできたり

今日も僕の前に来て部下がいる前で巻き舌で怒鳴り込んできたので「明らかに態度が違う」「パワハラですよね？」と言ってしまいました。
それは俺とお前の問題だからどーのこーのと言って去っていきましたが

自分にだけ強く当たる人の心理がよく分からないです。自分より上や女性にはデレデレするなど相手によって態度を変える人はなんなんだ？

自分が微力だということは分かってますが何が気に入らないのか分からない。辞めさせたいのかな？？

品川駅の近くにあるトリトンという本格的な回転寿司店に行ってきました。北海道にある回転寿司チェーン店です。僕はホタテが大好きなのでまずは迷わずホタテを注文。北海道のホタテはとても大きくて食感が感じられるのですが、ここの回転寿司のホタテは北海道と同じくらい鮮度が高くてとても美味しかったです。その他に穴子やえんがわ、サーモンなどを頼みました。誰もネタが新鮮でこれだけ食べて4,000円は大満足です！

I went to a proper conveyor belt sushi restaurant called Triton near Shinagawa Station. It’s a sushi chain from Hokkaido.
Since I love scallops, I didn’t hesitate to order them first. Hokkaido scallops are known for their large size and firm texture, and the ones here were just as fresh and delicious. I also had saltwater eel, flounder fin, and salmon.
Everything was incredibly fresh, and for just 4,000 yen, I left completely satisfied!

さいたま新都心駅の近くのホテルでアフタヌーンティーをしてきました。今は抹茶と桜と苺のフェアをやっていて色とりどりのスイーツが並びます。デザートも美味しいんだけどドリンクもとてもおいしかったです。特にカカオオレンジティーがケーキに合います。スイーツ大好き男としては夢のような空間でしたが、店内はほぼ女性しかいなかったです。笑

I went for afternoon tea at a hotel near Saitama Shintoshin Station. They’re currently having a matcha, cherry blossom, and strawberry fair, so the table was filled with colorful sweets. The desserts were amazing, but the drinks were just as good. The cacao orange tea, in particular, paired perfectly with the cakes. As a guy who loves sweets, it felt like a dream but I couldn’t help noticing that the place was almost entirely filled with women. Haha.

ここは田町にある馬肉専門店です。2回連続田町とか、どんだけ田町好きやねん！
馬刺しもお寿司もとても美味しかったですが、1番美味しかったものはお鍋でした！たっぷりのニンニクと一緒に食べて、最後はお蕎麦。このお蕎麦がたまらなく美味しくて4人で行ったんだけどなんと7人前も注文しちゃいました。蕎麦はニンニクの風味が残る鍋のタレと溶き卵で食べるんだけど絶品。何気に焼肉まで食べてお値段1人7,000円と神コスパでした。

This is a horse meat specialty restaurant in Tamachi. Two trips to Tamachi in a row guess I really love this place!

The horse sashimi and sushi were both amazing, but the best dish was definitely the hot pot. We ate it with plenty of garlic, and for the finale, we had soba noodles. These soba noodles were so incredibly good that even though there were only four of us, we ended up ordering seven portions!

The soba is dipped in the garlicky hot pot broth with a raw egg, and it was absolutely divine. Oh, and we even had yakiniku on top of all that. The total? Just ¥7,000 per person unbeatable value!

先日、田町のマグロ専門店に行きました。居酒屋です。店内も明るく活気があっておすすめです。中落ちが骨ごときて迫力満点だったし、カルパッチョやお寿司も大変おいしかったです！

The other day, I went to a tuna specialty izakaya in Tamachi. The place was bright, lively, and had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it! The nakaochi was served with the bone, which made for an impressive presentation, and the carpaccio and sushi were absolutely delicious!

職場の全然会話が続かない先輩からランチに誘われることが苦痛です。嫌いじゃないんだけどつまらない。空気が読めないというか、社交辞令が分からないというか。本当はこんなこと言いたくないけどね。そして先輩といると楽しいですとか言ったりしている自分も気持ち悪い。

I find it painful when a senior colleague of the same gender, with whom I can barely hold a conversation, invites me to lunch. I don't dislike him, but he is just boring. He don’t seem to pick up on social cues or understand when something is just polite small talk.

I don't really want to say this, but it's how I feel. And to make things worse, I sometimes catch myself saying things like, "I enjoy spending time with you," which makes me feel even more uncomfortable.
