I went to a proper conveyor belt sushi restaurant called Triton near Shinagawa Station. It’s a sushi chain from Hokkaido.
Since I love scallops, I didn’t hesitate to order them first. Hokkaido scallops are known for their large size and firm texture, and the ones here were just as fresh and delicious. I also had saltwater eel, flounder fin, and salmon.
Everything was incredibly fresh, and for just 4,000 yen, I left completely satisfied!
