Good morning.

Well, since writing in Japanese means everyone will see it, I'll deliberately write in English.

When I woke up this morning, I wasn't feeling well, so I took some Loxoprofen, stomach medicine, and jelly. Then, when I opened my phone, for some reason, I had a DM from a woman.

Today I went to the therapy. I’ve been going to my therapist for almost four years. I feel safe when I’m with her, and she always hear me out my story without judgment or interruption.
Although the session is usually about an hour, this time was continued for one and a half hour. I’m a little bit tired now than other times, but I think we had a nice conversation and made a breakthrough. I’m gonna write down about today’s session, so that I can remind that anytime.

Most people who can speak English fluently say u sholud try writing a diary in English. If u do this, ur English skills will get much better. But what topic do i have to write? idk i want to try it but i can only write simple sentences. Is it a good idea to just write what i'm thinking, and then, have AI fix it?

Looking back on when I took the exam,
I was so nervous as I had expexted.
I was saying to myself that I would not let nervousness take over, because I had made it a rule to make my room in my heart for taking the exam and settling the expected nervousness down. However , to be honest，I got nervous immediately the day before the exam.
I am so exhausted now that I cannot think of the things in front of me, but fortunately I am able to vaguely write what happened to me in English.
