👉 なんと、私の脈がかなり弱いらしい…😱
会話の印象からは意外だったそうです。
わかりやすく言えば、体がスマホだとしたらバッテリー残量は30% 🪫だそうで…。
つまり、しっかり休まないとってことみたい。
「しっかり食べて、しっかり寝て、ちゃんと休むこと」が大事とのこと。
そして鍼とお灸をしてもらったのですが、すごいっ…！
背中の表面の筋肉は柔らかいけど、
深層部（二層・三層）の筋肉がガッチガチらしく😱右が凝ってると思っていたけど、実は左の方がひどいみたいです。ゴリゴリでした…😣
でも鍼を打ってもらった途端、急に眠気がきてリラックスモードに😴
今夜はぐっすり眠れそうな予感。
