0072:DAVID LEE ROTH/A LITTLE AIN'T ENOUGH
Released in 1991, this third album was recorded with newly discovered ex-Cacophony guitarist Jason Becker, who had left the band Steve Vai. The rhythm section continues to be the Bissonnette brothers.
With the new talent Jason Becker, Diamond Dave was about to shine even brighter. But, in the middle of recording, Jason was diagnosed with ALS at a very young age. The recording session was completed, but the band was unable to go on tour.
After the release of the album, the band embarked on a world tour, mainly in Europe.
The band members include John Holmes, ex-Lizzy Borden, who replaced Jason. On bass is Todd Jensen, ex-HARDLINE. On drums is Greg Bissonette, who has recorded and toured on three albums.
In terms of chart action, the album only reached #18 in the US, but was well received in Europe, reaching #9 in Norway, #5 in Switzerland, and #1 in Finland.
This album is underrated, but it is an excellent album for DLR to make after their two previous albums. It is certainly less flashy, but more than that, in my opinion, it expresses a different side of him and points in the right direction for mature rock.

After leaving Mötley Crüe in 1992, Vince signed with Warner and began working toward the release of a solo album. He hired outside songwriters to write songs for the album.
Vince was originally going to hire Adrian Vandenberg as a lead guitarist, who had just finished his stint with WHITESNAKE, but just before the press release, Warner, the record company, asked Steve Stevens, who had just left Jerusalem Slim, the band he was in with Michael Monroe at the time, to join as a lead guitarist. However, just before the press release, Warner, the record company, strongly requested to hire Steve Stevens, who had just left JERUSALEM SLIM, the band with Michael Monroe at the time, and he joined. The drummer was Vick Fox from Enuff Znuff, and with a lineup including Dave Marshall on 2nd guitar and finally Robbie Crane on bass, the first solo album "EXPOSED" was released in April 1993. Incidentally, until the final stages of the recording process, Phil Soussan (ex-Ozzy Osbourne) was the bassist, but was replaced by Robbie following his departure.
This album is a MUST for Motley fans. The original Mötley Crüe went in a direction that incorporated grunge and industrial, but Vince has managed to express here the music that fans originally wanted from Mötley Crüe. This is a so great masterpiece!!

Historically, tipping emerged from a hierarchical society in which nobles would offer small amounts of money to their servants as an act of patronage. Far from being a celebration of culture, it was an expression of inequality and dependence. Its continuation in modern societies is therefore not a matter of heritage, but rather an outdated economic trick.
In contemporary practice, tipping complicates transactions and obscures the real cost of services. What appears to be a voluntary act of generosity is in fact a mechanism through which businesses shift responsibility for fair wages onto the customer. This undermines both service quality and economic transparency. Service staff are incentivised not to provide consistently high standards, but to focus selectively on customers who seem likely to offer higher tips. Employers, meanwhile, reduce their tax burden by keeping base wages artificially low and treating gratuities as external supplements. The result is a system in which workers are underpaid, customers are misled, and public revenue is diminished.
A more rational and equitable solution is to abolish tipping as a formal expectation. Instead, service charges should either be included in the price of food and drink or collected uniformly as a service fee. This approach ensures clarity, fairness, and accountability: customers know the true cost, workers receive stable pay, and the state can tax wages transparently.
In conclusion, tipping should not be mistaken for culture. It is a relic of feudal patronage that survives today only as a means of concealing costs and transferring responsibility. Modern societies should recognise it for what it is: a flawed economic practice, and one best replaced by a fairer and more transparent system.
