I have some favorite festivals. For instance, Karatsu-kunchi in Saga reminds me of a cherish childhood memory somehow. It is called “Okunchi” among locals, which is a Japanese tradition one.
80. Do you think festivals are important for a society?
I believe that festivals play an important role in connecting with people. People gather where people are, and cultures are born.

〈材料〉
ピラフ
・お米 2合
・ミックスベジタブル 100g
〇にんにくチューブ(主入れてない)
〇オリーブオイル 大さじ1/2
〇コンソメキューブ 1個
(または顆粒コンソメ 小さじ2)
・塩こしょう 適量
ロール白菜
・白菜 10枚
・豚ロース薄切り肉 10枚
★トマト缶 1つ
★にんにくチューブ(主入れてない)
★塩こしょう 適量
★砂糖 小さじ1
★コンソメキューブ 1個
(または顆粒コンソメ 小さじ2)
★水.....200ml
〈工程(ピラフ)〉
1. お米を研ぎ、2合の目盛りより3mm程度少なめの水を入れる。(無洗米の場合は2合の目盛りでOK)
2.〇の材料を加えて軽く混ぜる。
3.ミックスベジタブルを上に広げて乗せる。
主は冷凍の使ったけど、凍ったまま乗せた笑
4. 通常モードで炊飯し、炊き上がったら塩こしょうで味を調整したらピラフは完成👏
〈工程(ロール白菜)〉
1.白菜を交互に重ね軽くラップをし、600w6分加熱し、粗熱をとる。
(芯が厚い場合は薄く削ぐと火が通りやすい)
2. 白菜に豚肉を置き塩こしょうを軽く振ったら、軸側からくるくると巻く
3. フライパンに★の材料を入れてよく混ぜ、2を巻き終わりを下にして並べる。
4. 中火で煮立たせたら、蓋をして弱火で15〜20分煮込んだらロール白菜の完成👏
白菜の芯が残ってると噛み切るの難しいから、とにかく薄く!笑
あとロール白菜の下にはキッチンペーパーかラップを敷いた方が良かったです笑
