『好きなこととか、今興味あることはある？』って聞かれて…全部仕事に結びつけて考えちゃってる自分にさらにびっくり🫢‼️‼️
『やばい…自分、めっちゃワーカホリックになってるやん』って改めて思った。
先生から『自然の中のドライブとか、お散歩とか、ウィンドウショッピングとかいいよ』とアドバイスをもらったので、今日は仕事のことは忘れて、お休みを満喫することに。
両親を誘って、のんびりできる和カフェに行ってきましたぁ。緑をボーっと眺めて、美味しい甘味を食べたらなんだかすご〜く満たされた気分に☕️🧁
ついでに近くの山にあるお寺にも寄って、心も穏やかになりましたぁ[ほっとする][星]
あ、ちなみに新しいスニーカーもゲット👟
休むって、こういう小さなことを楽しむことなんだなって改めて思ったのでしたぁ笑
My acupuncturist told me, “Let’s take it easy and rest,” and I was like, “Hmm… how do I even rest? I honestly don’t know how…”
Then he asked, “Anything you like or interested in these days?” but all I could do was relate everything back to work.
I thought, “Whoa… I’m such a workaholic!”
So, he suggested simple things like a drive in nature, a walk, or some window shopping.
I decided to just forget about work and enjoy my day off.
I invited my parents and went to a chill Japanese-style café.
Just zoning out watching all the greenery and eating some yummy sweets made me feel so happy.☕️🧁
We also stopped by a temple on a nearby mountain, which made me feel really peaceful inside.[ほっとする][星]
Oh, and I got a new pair of sneakers too!👟
Sometimes, resting just means slowing down and enjoying the little things.

After leaving Mötley Crüe in 1992, Vince signed with Warner and began working toward the release of a solo album. He hired outside songwriters to write songs for the album.
Vince was originally going to hire Adrian Vandenberg as a lead guitarist, who had just finished his stint with WHITESNAKE, but just before the press release, Warner, the record company, asked Steve Stevens, who had just left Jerusalem Slim, the band he was in with Michael Monroe at the time, to join as a lead guitarist. However, just before the press release, Warner, the record company, strongly requested to hire Steve Stevens, who had just left JERUSALEM SLIM, the band with Michael Monroe at the time, and he joined. The drummer was Vick Fox from Enuff Znuff, and with a lineup including Dave Marshall on 2nd guitar and finally Robbie Crane on bass, the first solo album "EXPOSED" was released in April 1993. Incidentally, until the final stages of the recording process, Phil Soussan (ex-Ozzy Osbourne) was the bassist, but was replaced by Robbie following his departure.
This album is a MUST for Motley fans. The original Mötley Crüe went in a direction that incorporated grunge and industrial, but Vince has managed to express here the music that fans originally wanted from Mötley Crüe. This is a so great masterpiece!!
