2歳0歳の子育て，とても大変なところと思います。しかも，保育園も預け先も無いとなると，さらにしんどいところと思われます。
「自分の機嫌を取り切れない時は寝室に籠る」ことは，メンタルヘルスの自己対処法としては，立派で，大事な方法のひとつです。
ただ，かなこさんとしては，そうすると「上の子がいい子になろうとしてき」て，そうさせてしまっている自分がしんどいとのことなのですね。
かなこさん，これはかおそらくかなこさんおひとりの問題ではなく，社会的な子育て状況の問題もあれば，あるいはワンオペ状態となってしまっているための切実な大変さでもあるかと思いました。そのしわよせがかなこさんおひとりの身にふりかかり，大変なご苦労をこうむっている状況であることと思いました。
ここはひとつ，家族親族に力になってくれそうな方がいるならばさらに頼ったり相談したり，あるいは家族親族もままならないようでしたら自治体の子育て支援窓口に相談したりするのはひとつよいのでないかと思います。かなこさんがおひとりで抱えるには大変すぎることと思います。
