I have some favorite festivals. For instance, Karatsu-kunchi in Saga reminds me of a cherish childhood memory somehow. It is called “Okunchi” among locals, which is a Japanese tradition one.
80. Do you think festivals are important for a society?
I believe that festivals play an important role in connecting with people. People gather where people are, and cultures are born.

海外で「浸透している」という話
そもそも「改善」は
英語だと「Improve」だけど
でも「改善（カイゼン）」は、
また「Improve的な意味」とも異なり
「 PDCAサイクル」の様な意味を指すらしい
そして「改善」（カイゼン）を
海外に広めた先駆者は
「TOYOTA の 豊田章男 CEOである」との
情報も話していた件
その「改善（カイゼン）」は、
▽ 業務の効率を上げる
▽ 無駄を省く（時間・手間など）
その様な目的で 教え込まれるらしい
経営管理の手法では
「在庫をできるだけ抱えない
コストカット」の方法で
「トヨタ方式」があるけど
改めて「TOYOTA(トヨタ）」が
どのような影響を与えているのか
少し 知る機会になった件
ただ 「トヨタ方式」のような
経営管理手法によって
昨今は、
「下請けに 在庫分を 一方的に
押し付けて保管させる」の様な事件が
たびたび起きていて
以前も「シャトレーゼ」（本社・山梨）や
他の企業でも たびたび発生している件
恐らく これらの企業も
「机上」の「経営管理手法」を
宗教の思想の様に、一方的に推す進めた
その結果が「このような事件」を
引き起こしているのだと思われる
「トヨタ」においても
以前 改ざんの事件もあったように
まだまだ「闇」があり
｢下請けに対して 何か
不利益を被る様な 押し付け」を
行っている可能性も
充分にあり得ると 感じている件
