朝、言葉を交わせなかっただけで少し胸が空いた。
ちゃんと仕事に向かえているかな、と静かに願っていた。

Even without a morning hello,
I still hope your day began gently.

会えなくても、声がなくても、
“無事でいてほしい” という気持ちは変わらない。

Even from a distance,
my thoughts follow you softly.

今日もあなたの一歩があたたかいものでありますように。

May today be kind to you.

I believe that behind the medical records lies a person's life. I began to believe that I could provide medical care only after I was able to understand the truth behind the records

In 1988, bassist Billy Sheehan, who left DAVID LEE ROTH BAND after recording the album SKYSCRAPER, set out to form his own band. Eric Martin, who had released two solo albums at the time and was talented but had not yet made his breakthrough, joined the band. They were further joined by Pat Torpey, formerly of Ted Nugent and Imperterri. Finally, they welcomed Paul Gilbert, guitarist of RACER X, who was attracting attention in the L.A. music scene at the time, completing the squad.

They made a demo and took it to record companies. They eventually signed with ATLANTIC/WARNER and began recording. Despite a low budget and tight schedule, they welcomed producer Kevin Ellison and completed their first album, "MR. BIG". It was released in 1989. At the time, they were strongly perceived as "that band formed by Billy Sheehan and Paul Gilbert," and their bluesy side rarely received much attention.
The times were harsh for bands like them, and they struggled to achieve the success they hoped for in their home country, the U.S. Nevertheless, they grew into a tight band, mainly playing clubhouse venues, including tours as the opening act for RUSH and on a package tour with WINGER.

Buddha stopped off at a village and met a desperate woman whose son had died of a sickness some time before.

She loved him so much and couldn't forget the little six-year-old boy, so she had desperately been looking for a means to cure him from death and to see him alive.

She approached Buddha as he ended his sermon among a crowd of villagers, and asked him how she could bring her son back from death. With an enigmatic smile, Buddha gave her an instruction:

"Go obtain a handful of poppy seed but from someone who has never lost any of his or her family members or relatives by death."

Encouraged by his words, full of hope, she set off visiting people to get the seed. After going around her village, she moved to a neighboring village one after another, asking all the people she met about the seed.

She found some who had it but no one who didn't have an experience of death of their family or relatives. In the process of her exploration, she got to see many people with a lot of sorrow stories of the separation from their loved husbands, wives, sons, daughters, or parents.

After being exhausted of the search, she came to the conclusion that it would be impossible to achieve her task. However, she was aware that she had learned about something that she didn't know before, and realized that she didn't feel a scorching pain in her heart any longer.

She seemed to regain calmness and a gentle smile back on her face, and began to walk toward her village with not energetic but steady strides .

Freddie Spencer
Born in Louisiana, USA, 1961
Freddie Spencer became familiar with dirt track racing from the age of four and began road racing in earnest at sixteen. He made his Superbike debut in 1980, initially riding Ducatis and Kawasakis, before signing with American Honda in 1981. He began competing in the AMA and simultaneously entered the World Grand Prix (WGP), finally making his international breakthrough. Then, in 1983, at the age of 21, he won his first championship by prevailing in a fierce battle against Kenny Roberts, the pioneer of American riders, setting the record for the youngest champion in history at the time. Furthermore, in 1985, he became the first rider in WGP history to win the GP250 and 500 double title. This record still stands unbroken today. Although injuries prevented him from returning to the forefront in his later years, his brilliance remained undiminished. He is a rider who remains in both memory and record.

Why Is Indian Culture Widespread in Japan, But the Indian Population Isn't?
I have an Indian friend, I talk with him everyday.I think that Indian culture is widespread in Japan. There are many curry and rice shops and yoga class, other Indian shops in Japan. But I wondered the reason why only few Indians are living in Japan.I sometimes meet with Indians in Japan, but it is rare in Japan. And, I didn't meet Indian yoga teacher, although there are many yoga class in Japan. And, lastly, I will speak my experience, when I was young, I began studying yoga as there were many women in yoga class. But they were just interested in their self, not about men.My attempt was completely failed.😂

When suddenly I was engulfed with fear and panic
As my body began to fade
In this moment my mind was full of clarity
But my body insisted it was in danger
I looked around and I told myself I was safe, I was fine
But I was convinced that something was wrong
Before I knew it I felt as though I was going to
