[目が回る][冷や汗]虽然可能有点冒犯，但是关于日本人的行为和逻辑，我可能有误解，所以有一件事我想确认一下。道歉和礼貌是因为日常太多次都麻木了，所以只是表面大家都很客气，但实际上并没有在内心真的要道歉吗？虽然说着“对不起”但实际上并没有要解决问题的意思？只是客套话吗？我有两个例子，一个是网上听到的，日本人会不停道歉，但是依旧按他的行为去做事…第二个是最近跟苹果和乐天的客服沟通，虽然我的日语不好，但是我用多个翻译软件沟通以后，他们就只会重复“对不起，如果能听懂你在说什么，我会帮你的”，就算再怎么听不懂，感觉换了很多翻译软件和GPT5应该也能听懂大概问题是什么吧！但是毫无进展你知道吗，他们就只是重复“对不起”，我感觉内心并没有要帮助客户解决的意思…😤

失礼にあたるかもしれませんが、日本人の行動や考え方について自分が誤解しているかもしれないので、ひとつ確認したいことがあります。謝罪や礼儀って、日常であまりにも多すぎて麻痺してしまい、表面上はみんな丁寧でも、実は心の中では本当に謝っていない、ということはありますか？「すみません」と言ってはいるけれど、実際には問題を解決するつもりがない、ただの社交辞令なんでしょうか？

例が二つあります。ひとつ目はネットで聞いた話で、日本人は何度も謝るけれど、それでも結局は自分のやり方で進めてしまう、ということ。二つ目は、最近Appleと楽天のカスタマーサポートとやり取りしたときのことです。私の日本語は上手くありませんが、複数の翻訳ツールを使ってやり取りしたにもかかわらず、相手は「申し訳ありません、あなたがおっしゃっていることが分かればお手伝いできます」と繰り返すだけでした。たとえ完全に分からなくても、いろいろな翻訳ツールやGPT-5まで使えば、大体の問題は伝わるはずだと思うんです。でも全然進展がなくて、ただ「すみません」を繰り返すだけ。正直、心の中ではお客さんを助けようという気持ちがないのでは？と感じました。😤

These word maybe make Japanese unhappy.But I really want to know why.Because Japanese often say “sorry”,so it’s just beautiful words?Actually not really sorry to anyone else?for two example.On internet I see some Japanese just said “sorry”but still do what they want to do?And I have twice talk with Apple and Rakuten workers. I use all translators tools and gpt5 to let they know what is my question.but they just said “sorry,but if I know what is you saying I can help you…”they just repeat over and over again…even if my japanese is not good,but I try to use all translation software and powerful AI.they just say sorry,don’t do anything…So sorry just saying? I really want to know it.😳[無表情]
