”敵を理解せよ 理解できれば、恐れは消える”
今日ふと思い出したので…
この本たちを買ってみました😄
今はだいぶ落ち着いてきたから、
ただ恐れるんじゃなく、
自分が約1ヶ月向き合ってきたものを
勉強して理解しようと決めましたぁ。
少しずつ、知識は力になっていく💡
I once heard this quote:
(Can’t remember where, though 😅)
“Understand your enemy. Once you do, the fear disappears.”
That thought came back to me today, so… I bought these books 😄
I’m feeling more stable now, so I decided to study and understand what I’ve been dealing with for the past month, rather than just fear it.
Little by little, knowledge becomes power 💡
