絵の題名は"a-2065b-10 水面に映る夕陽の色 Sunset Benediction"です。
作者は
家族で中禅寺湖に旅行に行ったことを思い出して
この作品を創作しました
湖の辺りに近い宿を取り
お昼から家族で
湖の辺りでピクニックをしたことを思い出し
夕方の帰り
夕陽のオレンジ色と空の青のコントラスが
綺麗に見えました
その時の色のコントラストや
夕陽に光る湖面のボート
それをゆったり眺める家族の顔
そんな情景をこの作品に込めて
抽象的、フォービズム、キュビズム的に鮮やかに表現しました。
