I’m looking to buy a 4 000 m² plot somewhere quiet in Japan—think a private garden plus a small villa, full fence, and hardly any neighbors.
Does anyone know which prefectures or towns still have that kind of space at a sane price?
Ballpark: how many JPY should I budget for the land only (no building yet) in those areas?
