なんかうまく回ってないなぁって思う時って、だいたい頭の中が容量オーバーな時。
とにかく書き出してみる。そうするとなんだかスッキリして何をすべきか見えてくる。行動に移しやすくなる。最近これやってなかったから、かなり容量もいっぱいだったみたい。今回はしばしの休暇を使ってデフラグも必要かな。でも、まずは第一歩、踏み出せた気がする🤔
Solo strategy meeting at Starbucks today.
Whenever things don’t seem to be going well, it’s usually because my mind is overloaded. So, I just write everything down. That simple act clears my head and helps me see what I need to do next. It also makes taking action much easier.
I realized I haven’t done this in a while, and my mind was definitely at full capacity. Maybe it’s time for a little break to defrag my thoughts.
But for now, I feel like I’ve taken the first step forward.
