Been thinking about the relationship between real world assets and virtual assets these days. Frankly real world assets usually come with practical benefits, e.g. a smart phone could get you connected with the world, a house could accommodate you from cold, etc. But most of the times, you’re purchasing everything at its peak if you look into the chart. A car was resembled from millions of parts which come from lower-class factories, while those factories process raw materials bought from lower-class suppliers. No matter how complex the final car being made is, you’re paying profits to all the hands over the whole chain, everyone gets benefits even the second hand buyer after your purchase.
Same theory applies to everything except those we call safe-haven assets (gold and stuff) and appreciating assets (real estate, arts and stuff). For the former part, as a consumer and tax payer, you’re always being the liquidity just like those retail investors who buy stocks at ATH

(Cruel but that’s how the whole thing works) The only reason why we have to buy real world assets is that they have practical values, without such values we can’t live a normal life. But look back at the virtual assets, what’s it for? Mainly, it’s an appreciating asset but ofc comes with risks
